To ensure meaningful and professional partnerships, the following conditions apply:
Collaborators must have a relevant audience with consistent engagement across their platforms.
Priority is given to partners focused on travel, wildlife, photography, adventure, storytelling, and responsible tourism.
A collaboration agreement must be signed before the project begins, clearly outlining deliverables, timelines, and content usage rights.
All produced content must reflect authentic experiences with Genesis African Tours and respect local cultures, communities, wildlife, and conservation efforts.
Content must grant Genesis African Tours non-exclusive rights to use for marketing purposes (with full credit to the creator).
Collaboration proposals must be submitted at least four (4) weeks in advance of the planned visit or campaign.
Any safari, accommodation, or travel costs covered by Genesis African Tours must be agreed upon in writing, subject to approval and availability.
